Usability is important here at WhenNow. We wanted to make sure you create events with absolutely NO hiccups! Our refreshed Create an Event design is cleaner and more intuitive to make setting up events easier and easier.
After saving your event, you can now see and share a temporary preview URL for your event team to preview the event before you publish your event. After you click Go Live, the final event URL will be available to market your event and sell tickets.
We’ve added city, state, and zip code fields for your event for improved searching and mapping. Make sure to edit your existing events to help buyers find your event!
WhenNow has made it easier to manage your organization’s profile. The new Organization area also allows you to manage details that help make it easy for your buyers to see all your upcoming events.
In your profile area, we’ve added MailChimp to our list of supported 3rd party services. With MailChimp, you can now automatically add ticket purchasers to your email marketing list in MailChimp for event information and to let them know about your next event.

We found a bug when some users were submitting refund requests for their tickets. This has been fixed.
